I'm Laura, a birth and postnatal doula with a background in health psychology—and a mum of four, navigating the wild and wonderful ride of motherhood. 

I’m deeply passionate about supporting new parents, especially when it comes to a mother’s emotional well-being and self-care. Having experienced the highs and lows of raising four children under 12, I truly understand what you're going through. 

My dedication to caring for mothers comes from a deep belief that every woman deserves to feel empowered in making the best choices for her family.

As your doula, I’ll provide a comforting presence and emotional support during this transformative time. My goal is to create a warm, calming environment where you feel nurtured and confident in your journey.
