Hi! I’m Letizia, but most people call me Leti. Originally from Italy, I moved to the UK as a child in 1990 and now live in Wandsworth, South West London, with my English husband and our three wonderful children. I have a passion for travel and love planning adventurous family holidays!
After giving birth to three children in three years, I felt a deep calling to support women in reclaiming their confidence in birth. When I discovered doulas during my third pregnancy, I immediately knew this was my path. Over the past 12 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting countless women through their unique journeys.
My Philosophy – Empowered and Intentional Birth
I believe birth is a natural, instinctive process, and our bodies are beautifully designed for it. With the right knowledge, preparation, and support, most women can experience physiological birth in a calm and undisturbed way.
As your doula, my role is to:
✅ Provide evidence-based information so you feel empowered in your choices.
✅ Help you understand how to work with your body for an easier, instinctive birth.
✅ Support you in optimising your birth environment—at home, in a birth centre, or in hospital.
✅ Hold space for you and your birth partner, ensuring you feel respected, calm, and in control.
I have extensive experience supporting home births, birth centre births, and physiological births in hospital settings. If you’re aiming for an undisturbed, low-intervention birth, I will guide you in harnessing your body’s innate power while ensuring you feel safe and supported.
As Your Doula, I Will:
✨ Get to know you to truly understand your hopes, preferences, and needs.
✨ Provide practical tools to help you work with your body (breathing, movement, relaxation).
✨ Help you and your birth partner build confidence in protecting physiological birth.
✨ Offer guidance on navigating hospital policies while helping you advocate for your preferences.
✨ Be by your side throughout labour, ensuring you feel safe, supported, and undisturbed.
Birth Package Includes:
✔ Initial consultation to get to know each other.
✔ Unlimited WhatsApp/phone support throughout pregnancy and beyond.
✔ A minimum Two comprehensive antenatal sessions covering physiology, birth prep, and advocacy.
✔ An electronic copy of the antenatal preparation sessions PowerPoint deck.
✔ Access to a client-only resource area with birth videos, articles, and tips.
✔ Assistance in creating your birth preferences document.
✔ On-call support from 10 days before your estimated due date.
✔ In-person, continuous support throughout labour and birth.
✔ Guidance through the golden hours after birth—protecting those sacred first moments.
✔ A postnatal visit to support your early postpartum journey.
🔹 Backup Doula Support – In the rare event that I am unable to attend your birth, I work closely with Louise Oliver to ensure you always have continuous care and support.
