hello. . .
I am lorraine
And I am passionate about honouring our motherhood journeys in all their depth and complexity.
I offer motherhood photography and doula support, both rooted in a deep respect for pregnancy, birth and the tender days of the postpartum. My background as a doula shapes how I work, guiding the way I hold space, move gently and care for mothers and birthing people during moments that are often raw, emotional and life-changing.
Through my photography, I document motherhood as it unfolds. From the quiet strength of pregnancy and the rawness of birth to the closeness of newborn days and into family life as it grows. My work centres the person becoming or living as a parent, allowing you to show up just as you are, without pressure to perform or pose.
Alongside this, I continue to support families as a doula, helping them navigate maternity care, advocate for their births and feel held during the early postpartum period. This lived understanding guides everything I do, whether I am holding a camera or offering hands-on support.
Based in Bradford and working across Leeds and West Yorkshire, I meet families where they are always with the intention of helping you feel safe, seen and at ease.
If this way of being supported and remembered resonates, I would love to connect and hear your story.
