I live in Tring, Hertfordshire with my husband Luke and 3 wonderful children aged 27, 25 and 19. Having had 3 different births with varying levels of support through out them all I had a calling to want to help to provide a positive birth experience for women. I am from a large family and have 11 nieces and nephews all of who I have been actively involved with since birth. I am a compassionate and caring person and have spent 12 years as a Massage therapist in Palliative care at the Hospice of St Francis.  In my spare time I enjoy being outdoors walking my dog, gardening, keeping active, reading and cooking for friends and family. I am embracing life as a Doula and I am available to support you as a Birth and /or Post Natal Doula.
