When I was pregnant, I read the books, followed the checklists, and packed the perfect hospital bag. But once my baby arrived, I felt like I was doing everything “right” and still nothing worked the way I imagined. I was exhausted, struggling with breastfeeding, and longing for someone who truly understood what those early days feel like. Hiring a doula became one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
Now, I offer that same steady, compassionate support to other families. I’m here to hold your baby while you rest, help you navigate feeding challenges, and sit with you through the emotions, doubts, and discoveries of new parenthood.
My approach is shaped by years in global maternal health research, degrees in anthropology, and counselling training. After becoming a mother myself, I trained with Birth Bliss Academy to support families on their parenting journey. Every family’s experience is unique, and I offer flexible care options to meet you where you are.
