I'm an Accredited Birth & Postpartum Doula, Hypnobirthing Instructor, Birth Educator, proud mother of four and grandmother. My journey has been shaped by more than two decades of supporting children and families through education, leadership and family support, both in the UK and abroad. As a qualified Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo), I've had the privilege of working alongside families with diverse and unique needs, always guided by empathy, respect and a deep appreciation for every family's story.
Supporting and advocating for women has always been at the heart of who I am. I'm passionate about ensuring you feel informed, heard and empowered to make decisions that are right for you throughout pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period. As your doula, I offer evidence-based information, compassionate guidance and unwavering support, creating a space where you feel safe to ask questions, explore your options and trust your instincts.
I believe every woman has the right to experience birth feeling respected, supported and in control of her choices. It's your body, your baby and your birth. Whether you're planning a hospital birth, home birth, caesarean birth or VBAC, my role is never to make decisions for you, but to help you navigate your journey with confidence and clarity. My approach is calm, nurturing and deeply person-centred, rooted in trust, connection and continuity of care. I honour not only the birth of your baby, but the birth of you as a parent.
Whether you're preparing for birth, welcoming your baby or adjusting to life in the weeks that follow, I'm here to walk beside you with warmth, knowledge and wholehearted support. It is a privilege to be invited into such an important chapter of your life, and I will do everything I can to ensure you feel safe, seen, heard and supported, every step of the way.
