I’m a devoted and heart-centred Birth and Postnatal Doula, as well as a proud mother of four wonderful children. My journey has been shaped by more than two decades of experience in parenting and in education, where I’ve had the joy of teaching and leading, both in the UK and abroad. I’m also a qualified Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo), and I’ve been privileged to walk alongside many families with diverse and unique needs, always guided by empathy, respect, and a deep appreciation for cultural richness.
Supporting and advocating for others has always been at the heart of who I am — both personally and professionally. I am passionate about helping you feel empowered and confident in making informed decisions, especially during the transformative time of pregnancy, birth, and the early days of parenthood. As your doula, my role is to hold space for you, to truly listen, and to walk with you as you navigate this sacred journey.
I believe strongly in every person’s right to choose how they experience birth. It’s your body, your baby, and your birth — and you deserve to feel informed, respected, and supported. My approach is gentle and intuitive, rooted in trust and connection. I offer a calm and steady presence, providing both emotional reassurance and practical guidance. I honour the profound moment when a baby is born and a mother is, too — and I hold that transformation with reverence and care.
Whether you are preparing for birth, moving through labour, or finding your rhythm in the early days of parenthood, I am here for you — to nurture, to guide, and to stand beside you with warmth, wisdom, and wholehearted support. It is truly an honour to be invited into this intimate chapter of your life, and I will do all I can to ensure you feel safe, seen, and supported every step of the way.
