My work is grounded in calm, continuity, informed choice, and non-judgmental care. I support families through pregnancy, birth, and the early postnatal period, with the aim of helping them feel listened to, respected, and fully involved in decisions about their care.

I support a wide range of birth experiences, including home birth, hospital birth, induction, caesarean birth, and births where plans change unexpectedly. My role is to offer steady, non-medical emotional, practical, and informational support throughout.

My approach is trauma-informed and centred on dignity, consent, and emotional safety. I work with all clients and families, and I have a particular interest in supporting survivors of domestic abuse and sexual violence.

Before training as a doula, I worked as a counsellor and psychotherapist supporting survivors of trauma. Although my counselling work is separate from my doula role, that experience strongly informs how I listen and support: with empathy, respect, and an awareness of how important it is to feel safe and heard.

My birth doula package includes two antenatal sessions, WhatsApp support during pregnancy, 24/7 on-call support from 38 weeks, continuous support during labour and birth, and two postnatal visits, with WhatsApp support afterwards.

I also offer postnatal doula support, which can include emotional support, feeding support, practical help in the home, meal preparation, support with rest, care of your baby while you shower or sleep, and signposting to local services where needed.

I support families whatever their feeding choices, and I always aim to provide care that is respectful, compassionate, and free from judgement.

As a doula, I offer non-medical support and do not provide clinical care or medical advice.
