Welcome, I’m Nova. I support families as a Doula, Holistic Therapist, Shamanic Practitioner and Foster Carer.

For the last twenty years I’ve worked in service to people and planet offering full circle care and compassionate companionship for life’s biggest rights of passage. 

Seeing each birth as revolutionary, I’m devoted to supporting parents to birth and raise children intuitively and organically-however that may look for them, believing when birth is protected and respected as a sacred right of passage we can lean towards resources that hold and honour what matters most about it. 

Guided by shamanic wisdom teachings and therapy elements that support the wellbeing of our whole being, I offer grounded space where all birthing people are welcome and invited to root into what feels right, comfortable and safe, by tapping into their innate birthing wisdom and highest power. 

With a flexible and adaptable approach, Women, Mothers and Birthing People seed positive new world potentials not only for the way we birth, but for how our society and our children treat The Sacred Feminine and Our Earth. 

My dream for the future is world where caregivers offer our children the opportunity to blossom and flourish throughout their lives, and encourage them to become the regenerative next generation who grow up to be healthy, well and wise. We can start that journey together through how we birth our babies.

My practice is informed and guided by ongoing training and experience in a wide range of Holistic Therapies, Shamanic Studies & Practise with Northern Drum Shamanic Centre, Conscious Birthing’s Trauma Informed Doula course, Doulas Without Borders volunteering, my maternal role as Foster carer and mother to my daughter Rûnâ. 

I look forward to continuing to light the path for positive births supporting our descendants as we grow to become cherished and important ancestors of the next generation.
