Mentored Birth Doula & Mentored Postnatal Doula

Reassuring, Practical & Unwavering Support for Your Birth

Bringing a baby into the world is life-changing. It’s raw, unpredictable, and deeply personal. Whether this is your first baby or your fifth, you deserve continuous, compassionate support - someone in your corner who truly listens, holds space for your choices, and helps you feel confident every step of the way.

That’s where I come in.

As your doula, I provide calm, knowledgeable, and non-judgmental support. I don’t have a set agenda for your birth - I’m not here to tell you what’s ‘best.’ Instead, I help you explore your options, trust your instincts, and create a birth experience that feels right for you.

I’m not a midwife, and I don’t work for the hospital. My focus is 100% on you and what you need. Whether that’s reassurance at 3 AM, an extra set of hands in labour, or simply knowing someone is there to help you navigate the twists and turns of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum - I’ve got you.

“Paige was invaluable in my pregnancy and birthing journey. I instantly felt at ease talking through all of my concerns and Paige was key in making me feel safe and reassured. I could ask Paige any questions big or small, at any time of the day. Paige took time to really understand my feelings/worries going into my second birth and allowed me to feel safe and informed, helping me really think about my options and what might work for me. This culminated in me going into labour fully informed and comfortable making the right decisions for me and my baby, leading to me having the ‘perfect’ birth for me personally and healing the part of me that was scarred from my first birthing experience. Paige was there every step of the way and was also supportive and present for any postpartum needs/questions.
I really cannot thank Paige enough for everything, I’m so appreciative of the guidance and support she gave me during such a vulnerable and emotional journey!”

My Approach:

  • No one-size-fits-all support. Every birth is different, and so is every parent. My role is to support your choices, not push my own.
  •  A calm presence in the chaos. Birth can be unpredictable, but you don’t have to feel lost in the process. I’m here to help you feel grounded, informed, and in control.
  •  Guidance, not direction. I don’t make decisions for you—I make sure you have the confidence and knowledge to make them for yourself.
  • Judgment-free, inclusive support. However and wherever you choose to birth, I’m there to hold space for your experience.

My Birth Doula Packages are ideal for those who want trusted, consistent support from pregnancy through to birth and beyond.

As a Postnatal Doula I know the newborn days can be exhausting, overwhelming, and full of questions. My postnatal support is designed to give you practical help, emotional reassurance, and space to rest.

“Highly recommend Paige, she was utterly fantastic! I felt empowered and had the birth I had hoped and planned for and there is no doubt that Paige played a huge part in this - I went from anxious about everything to being so confident that I had a calm, unmedicated birth, Paige was so supportive and knowledgable through my pregnancy and during the labour, I’m so pleased she was by my side.”

“I cannot thank Paige enough for the support she gave me during my 2nd pregnancy. My 1st labour resulted in an emergency C-section, and therefore I had the difficult decision to make of VBAC or repeat C-section. This decision was consuming me daily but the information Paige provided me with completely took away my anxiety. I felt able to make an informed decision based on the statistics and evidence she provided me with. I went from feeling very nervous, to instead feeling empowered and almost excited prior to my labour. Paige also provided me with postnatal support, and invaluable breastfeeding assistance. I was battling with tongue tie issues, but Paige’s extensive knowledge meant I could feed my baby without any problems. Having her at the end of the phone during those early days was so reassuring (sorry for the late night messages Paige!)
I cannot recommend Paige’s services enough, she is so knowledgable and passionate about all things birth. My only regret is that I didn’t enrol with her services during my 1st pregnancy too!”

Why I Became a Doula

My first birth felt completely out of my control. I wasn’t informed, I wasn’t supported in the way I needed, and I came out of it feeling lost. Looking back, I know that the right knowledge and reassurance could have made all the difference. That experience sparked something in me - I didn’t want other parents to feel the way I did.

I started learning everything I could about birth, choices, and the power of support. That journey led me to train as a doula, and now I’m here to help you feel confident, respected, and fully supported - no matter what your birth looks like.

Alongside my doula work, I have trained as a hypnobirthing instructor - If you’re looking for ways to feel more prepared, we can use hypnobirthing techniques, breathing exercises, and mindset shifts to help you approach birth with confidence and calm. And as a breast-feeding peer supporter - so both antenatally and post birth I can offer information and guidance on this area.

Why Work With Me?

I offer completely bespoke, parent-centred support. I don’t believe in a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach to birth because no two experiences are the same. I’m here to listen, guide, and empower you - never to impose my own views.

Whether you want to plan a home birth, explore hypnobirthing, prepare for a caesarean, or just have someone you trust by your side - I’ll be there.

If you’re interested in working together, please do get in touch!

Your birth. Your journey. Your choice.

Let’s make sure you feel heard, respected, and supported every step of the way.

“Paige was excellent; a calm professional service just when we needed it most! We landed back in the UK from the USA with new born twins, and Paige provided night doula services to help parents and babies alike adjust to the new time zone. She was excellent, able to handle both twins calmly (not withstanding one having bad jet lag) and professionally, while offering advice to us as new parents. Very much recommended.”

— Matt

“Paige was amazing through my breastfeeding journey. I cannot recommend her enough. I am a new mum and had difficulties with breastfeeding my newborn due to my daughter having tongue tie. Paige was so helpful and thorough through FaceTimes, voice notes and messages. I felt so comfortable speaking with Paige and knew I could ask her anything. I also had meetings with Paige during my pregnancy which was so helpful and she sent me so much useful information which prepared me for birth and I made sure I voiced my wants and needs in hospital because of this.
Thank you Paige!”

“Paige has provided me with amazing support over the last few years, throughout both postpartum periods with my two children, and still today. She is so knowledgable and passionate about all things babies, births and breastfeeding and is a great listener. Nothing is too much of a hassle for her and I always feel so confident in her information. She was and still is always on hand to answer any questions I have relating to breastfeeding and motherhood in general.”

Expectant Parents Group

I also run a monthly expectant parents group in Norfolk - a relaxed, welcoming space to meet others, share experiences, and chat about pregnancy without the pressure of a formal antenatal class. Whether you're feeling excited, overwhelmed, or just want to connect with others on the same journey, this group is here for you.

If you’re interested in joining the group but don’t feel I’m the right doula for you - that’s completely okay! Finding the right support is personal, and we don’t all match with everyone. You’re still very welcome to come along and be part of the community.
