Bringing a baby into the world is life-changing. It’s raw, unpredictable, and deeply personal. Whether this is your first baby or your fifth, you deserve continuous, compassionate support - someone in your corner who truly listens, holds space for your choices, and helps you feel confident every step of the way.
That’s where I come in.
As your doula, I provide calm, knowledgeable, and non-judgmental support. I don’t have a set agenda for your birth - I’m not here to tell you what’s ‘best.’ Instead, I help you explore your options, trust your instincts, and create a birth experience that feels right for you.
I’m not a midwife, and I don’t work for the hospital. My focus is 100% on you and what you need. Whether that’s reassurance at 3 AM, an extra set of hands in labour, or simply knowing someone is there to help you navigate the twists and turns of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum - I’ve got you.
My Approach:
- No one-size-fits-all support. Every birth is different, and so is every parent. My role is to support your choices, not push my own.
- A calm presence in the chaos. Birth can be unpredictable, but you don’t have to feel lost in the process. I’m here to help you feel grounded, informed, and in control.
- Guidance, not direction. I don’t make decisions for you—I make sure you have the confidence and knowledge to make them for yourself.
- Judgment-free, inclusive support. However and wherever you choose to birth, I’m there to hold space for your experience.
My Birth Doula Packages are ideal for those who want trusted, consistent support from pregnancy through to birth and beyond.

As a Postnatal Doula I know the newborn days can be exhausting, overwhelming, and full of questions. My postnatal support is designed to give you practical help, emotional reassurance, and space to rest.

Why I Became a Doula
My first birth felt completely out of my control. I wasn’t informed, I wasn’t supported in the way I needed, and I came out of it feeling lost. Looking back, I know that the right knowledge and reassurance could have made all the difference. That experience sparked something in me - I didn’t want other parents to feel the way I did.
I started learning everything I could about birth, choices, and the power of support. That journey led me to train as a doula, and now I’m here to help you feel confident, respected, and fully supported - no matter what your birth looks like.
Alongside my doula work, I have trained as a hypnobirthing instructor - If you’re looking for ways to feel more prepared, we can use hypnobirthing techniques, breathing exercises, and mindset shifts to help you approach birth with confidence and calm. And as a breast-feeding peer supporter - so both antenatally and post birth I can offer information and guidance on this area.
Why Work With Me?
I offer completely bespoke, parent-centred support. I don’t believe in a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach to birth because no two experiences are the same. I’m here to listen, guide, and empower you - never to impose my own views.
Whether you want to plan a home birth, explore hypnobirthing, prepare for a caesarean, or just have someone you trust by your side - I’ll be there.

Your birth. Your journey. Your choice.
Let’s make sure you feel heard, respected, and supported every step of the way.
Expectant Parents Group
I also run a monthly expectant parents group in Norfolk - a relaxed, welcoming space to meet others, share experiences, and chat about pregnancy without the pressure of a formal antenatal class. Whether you're feeling excited, overwhelmed, or just want to connect with others on the same journey, this group is here for you.
If you’re interested in joining the group but don’t feel I’m the right doula for you - that’s completely okay! Finding the right support is personal, and we don’t all match with everyone. You’re still very welcome to come along and be part of the community.
