Hello, my name is Phoebe and I live in Brighton. It is my passion and aim to create a warm and loving safe space for anyone who is pregnant or those going through the postpartum period. My background in advanced clinical massage therapy has led me to discover and understand the importance and beauty of space holding. I believe that every person is entitled to experience the birth that they want to have. 

I will give you all of the information that you need to know for what your options are and for what is available to you. This is an exciting time of extreme change, growth and new beginnings. I will be right by your side throughout each phase of your pregnancy and postnatal recovery to ensure that you are supported, cared for and nurtured every single step of the way. I will help you to create daily rituals for grounding yourself by connecting you to your mind, body and soul. We will journey together to discover who you really are and what you need throughout each stage of your unique, special experience. I understand how important it is to be welcomed into the personal and intimate environment of a birth space. It will be an honour for me to work with you throughout this time and offer my respect, support and knowledge to help and guide you in the best way possible.

She helped me stretch out muscles that were underused during pregnancy and then helped relax overused ones postnatally!
