Hi, I'm Pineda, a birth and postnatal doula. I live in Cardiff with my husband and two children. I am passionate about all things birth, pregnancy and postpartum, supporting families through this special time and creating a local community for mums and mums-to-be.

I am an excellent listener and love to help parents feel more empowered, make informed decisions and take ownership of their journey so that it is the best experience possible. And postnatal support so they can focus on baby and mum in their much needed recovery.

This is the birth of your baby and you deserve continued support, care and respect. I can't make decisions for you, but I can help you find resources and information and support you in your choices.

I have a Master Degree in Psychology at the University of Barcelona. I worked for 10 years with people with learning disabilities and developing programs of inclusion with the City of Barcelona.  

Connecting Mothers

I know from my own experience how important it is to feel connected and supported during pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period. That's why I created Pregnancy Circles in 2022, a different kind of antenatal class. In Pregnancy Circles, a group of 6 expectant mothers gather in a beautiful space to relax, connect, learn and grow together. We believe that the journey of motherhood is much more positive when navigated with a supportive, non-judgmental group.

With the same idea, Postnatal Circles was born a year later to share and reflect on the experience of being a mum, supported by the group and an experienced postnatal doula. This is a mum's centre group where mums and babies can relax, share openly without fear of judgement and build community.
