It would be an honour to walk alongside you and to witness you navigate this epic journey of transformation into Mother.

As a birth-keeper, my role is to be by your side as someone other than a medical professional or family member and to be your cheerleader, your advocate, your emotional and practical support throughout pregnancy, labour, birth and early motherhood. I will support you to make intuitive choices, be a listening ear, a gentle touch, a compassionate heart as you make decisions that are in deepest alignment with your deep inner knowing in mind, body and spirit.

We will meet throughout your pregnancy, where I will listen to you, hold space for your dreams and fears, be your sounding board, help you to reflect on your choices, get excited about all of the details, share useful information, support you with grounding and comforting tools, create meaningful rituals to mark this important time and help you to feel as confident and powerful as is possible ahead of the big day. As well as being with you, I am also with your birth partner, and so building a relationship and connection to create a robust and intuitive birth team is also a key part of our journey together.

I will be on hand in the early weeks as you get to know the beautiful little being that has graced your world, and to ‘mother the mother’, so that you can focus on what is important to you and your family - creating solid foundations of nurture, responsiveness and ultimately, love!

MAMA LOVE - full circle birth-keeper support package

Antenatal, Birth & Postnatal Support

• 2 antenatal sessions of 2-3 hours
• 1 postpartum meal preparation session - recipe testing or freezer filling. This can be exchanged for another practical session such as preparing for home birth / hospital,  a relaxation session, or a session focussing solely on your birth partner.
• Continuity of care between sessions via text, voice-note or email throughout pregnancy and up to 6 weeks postpartum
• Mother Blessing Ceremony - 1:1 or a group gathering - creating a memorable moment or event to celebrate with your loved ones
• On call from 10 days before due date, up until 1 week after baby has arrived
• Birth attendance - from when you decide you’d like me to be there, up until you are ready for me to leave your postpartum nest.
• 2 Postnatal Visits 
  • One in the first week for a check in and debrief, along with a new mama meal package, snacks & treats
  • Another for an extended Mama Love Ceremony (Womb Massage / Yoni Steam, Sacred Bath & Restoring the Soul wrapping)
  • Additional postnatal hours can be added to this offering.
• Birth story holding / reflection session when you’re ready

MAMA NURTURE - antenatal and birth support package

• 2 antenatal sessions of 2-3 hours
• Continuity of care between sessions via text, voice-note or email throughout pregnancy and up to 6 weeks postpartum
• On call from 10 days before due date, up until 1 week after baby has arrived
• Birth attendance - from when you decide you’d like me to be there, up until you are ready for me to leave your postpartum nest.
• 1 Postnatal Visit in the first week for a check in, debrief with some snacks & treats

During the last 7 years, I have held holistic healing spaces for women both one-to-one and in groups to come home to their wombs as a resource of love and creativity, release trauma and pain, support conception and fertility journeys, revisit and heal menarche, honour the mother postpartum and more. Weaved through all that I do is supporting women to listen to their deepest instinct and to embody the wisdom and power of the womb space.

LOCATION

I live in South East London and happy to cover South East &  South West London, Kent, Surrey and surrounding areas, anywhere that is up to 1hr travel from my home in SE25. If you are from slightly further away, let me know and I’ll consider what this could look like.

This complimentary, in person meeting is an opportunity for us to get to know one another - ahead of any obligation for us to work together. I’ll share what I can offer you as your doula, and answer any questions you may have.
