About Me
Hi I’m Rebecca, a certified and registered doula since 2022. I live in the small town of Magherafelt in Northern Ireland and I’m a pregnancy, birth and postnatal doula covering the Mid Ulster Area for home and hospital births.
I have a daughter called Cadhla and one sibling who has made me an auntie to one niece and three nephews; one of which will be forever four.
I trained with Nurturing Birth in May 2022 attending one of their expansive courses in Winchester. From wanting to be a midwife from a very early age, however following the path of a family business, I never followed my dream.
After the unexpected breakdown of my relationship while heavily pregnant I faced the later stages of my pregnancy, birth and post-partum period with little support. During my post-partum period I came across a social media post for doula training, and the doula in me was born!
I can provide you and your family with continuous physical, emotional and informational support through pregnancy, labour and birth, and the immediate postnatal period.
My mission is to ensure that every birthing person feels fully supported, informed, and confident in their choices. Whether you’re anticipating the arrival of your first child or expanding your family, I’m here to provide the support and advocacy you and your family deserve during one of life’s most transformative experiences.
