Hi there! My name is Sally, and I’m so excited about the chance to support and care for new parents during such a special time. I have three wonderful Children – a son and two daughters. My first was born when I was in my late 20s, and my youngest in my late 30s. Two of my kids were born in hospital, and the youngest was born at home. I have the time and energy to focus on helping other families as a doula!

Pregnancy and childbirth were some of the most magical experiences of my life, and I feel incredibly proud of the children I’ve raised. They’ve grown into confident, well-adjusted adults, and I believe my experience as a mother has given me the tools to offer you both practical and emotional support during this precious time.

Before the birth, I’d love to get to know you, hear about your wishes and expectations, and help ease any fears or concerns you might have. My goal is to make sure you feel confident and supported – both physically and mentally – so you can focus on enjoying the experience. As a postnatal doula, I can help with everything from supporting feeding and bonding to taking care of small tasks around the house, so you can focus on your baby.
