I provide doula support to women and their families both locally - throughout Warwickshire, the West Midlands, and Worcestershire - and worldwide via online sessions tailored to your needs. Whether you need just one hour of guidance or ongoing support, I’m here to help.

As a Birth and Postnatal Doula with over 24 years of experience, I support women and their partners through pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period. I work closely with Midwives and Obstetricians in all local units and have extensive experience supporting VBAC, Home Birth, Low & High-Risk Care, and Planned C-Sections. My goal is always to help you achieve the birth you want - on your terms.
