Mentored Postnatal Doula

I am a postnatal doula offering calm, practical, emotional and physical daytime support to mothers and families in the weeks and months after birth. As a mother of two with very different postnatal experiences, I understand how varied this period can be, and how challenging it may feel - particularly when feeding difficulties, reflux or allergies are involved. I am also deeply aware of how isolating the postnatal period can be for women in the UK today, especially in London, where many families lack wider support. These experiences have shaped my commitment to supporting mothers through the transition into parenthood, helping them feel listened to, held and supported during this important and special time. After many years in a corporate property role and having supported friends and family through their postnatal journeys, I retrained and am now a certified postnatal doula with Younique Postnatal. I am based in Wandsworth and work with families across South West London, offering non-judgemental, compassionate support tailored to each family’s needs.
