Hi, I'm Sarah and I have been supporting local families, helping them to have the best birth and postnatal experiences possible for over 15 years. 

I also support new doulas as they find their own place in the birth world with doula training courses, ongoing mentoring and business support. 

I live in Bournemouth with my husband and 2 children Lorna (born 2004) and Joe (born 2007) and I love it here, when I'm not working you'll find me on the beach or drinking coffee in Southbourne. I started my doula business in 2009 and since then I have supported many different families, some twice, on their own personal journeys. For me a big part of my role is in the preparation, building up a relationship of trust, providing knowledge and information and supporting my clients decisions and wishes. I work across Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch and I have several different aspects to my business.
