My mission is to ensure that the mum feels heard, is well informed, and deeply cared for every step of the way. I bring a unique blend of expertise and holistic care to the birthing journey, from helping to create a birth plan to providing soothing reflexology and massages with the aid of essential oils and herbs before, during and after birth.  As a doula and a mother of four, I understand firsthand the joys, challenges, and transformative power of childbirth.
