I am a birth and postnatal doula based in Kent, offering structured, relationship-based support for women who want to approach birth intentionally rather than passively.
My work is calm, steady and faith-rooted. I believe birth is both physiological and spiritual. When women are informed, supported and grounded, they move through labour differently — with clarity rather than fear.
I intentionally support a limited number of families each year so that the care I provide is focused, personal and deeply supportive. My work centres on thorough preparation, steady presence during labour and thoughtful care in the fourth trimester.
Many families come to me because they want more than surface-level reassurance. They want clear education, strong advocacy and a calm voice in the room.
My support packages include birth preparation, continuous labour support and dedicated postnatal care designed to help families feel informed, steady and supported throughout pregnancy, birth and the early weeks with their baby.
I also provide a growing library of free birth preparation resources on my website, covering topics such as birth planning, labour positions, hospital bag preparation, newborn behaviour and the fourth trimester.

While my Christian faith shapes the way I serve, my care remains professional, respectful and centred on the unique journey of every family I work with.
If you are looking for calm authority, thoughtful preparation and grounded support through pregnancy, birth and early parenthood, we may be well aligned.
