I have been doulaing for 20 years and joined Doula UK  via a Nurturing Birth course in 2012. The families I support have been such a mixed bunch, my role is to support your ideal birth whatever that looks like. I am a breastfeeding peer supporter and offer Closing the bones. I'm passionate about Home water birth, baby wearing and breastfeeding. I have also supported planned Gentle C/S, Twin birth, Vaginal homebirth after C/S and Planned hospital birth including Breech. I have attended Rebozo, Baby loss, Homeopathy in birth, Recipes for Normal birth workshops and have supported several neurodiverse families

I cover Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Neath Port Talbot, Swansea, Rural Cardiff areas and Powys

As my children get older I'm able to travel a bit further for births. If you are more than an hour away from me I will charge 0.45ppm for fuel and £25 per hour for time travelling and will need a space to stay just incase Im not safe to drive home after the birth
