About Me
My journey started over 14 years ago as a nanny and in turn women’s support. Many of the jobs I had as a private nanny, were with new mothers in the postnatal period. I gained a great deal of experience learning different ways to support new mothers and also adapted to the range of support that was needed in this phase.
I offer Postnatal Support which can include-
Batch cooking / BF support / Newborn care / Light housekeeping / Nanny / Holistic therapies for Mum & baby / Organic essential Oil support packages / Emotional Support / Postpartum herb & tea packages
I qualified with the Red Tent Doula Collective in June 2020 and undertook my training in 2018 . I have taken my time until qualifying, as i wanted to get as much experience and knowledge, so i can best support new families in a nourishing way. I have since completed many courses in Postpartum care and nutrition. I am mentored by Reene McBride.
My work as an Abdominal Therpaist and Holistic Therapist is very much with women’s cycles. I work with clients who are suffering from – PMS/ Endometriosis / PCOS / Menopause / Postpartum and beyond.
I have a clinic in Ayr, where i work Wednesday – Friday and also work in a the Southside of Glasgow, every 1st and last Tuesday of the month. I use only Organic Oils & Products and attend regular markets with my Oil shop. I live near Troon with my partner, cat, dog & chickens and am very much into working with the ancestral land, plants and tools that we have for childbearing years , menstrual wellbeing and beyond.
