hello and congratulations !!! my name is Tamar i am a mother of 3 and a south east london based Doula. after havingmy own journey to motherhood i relaised how  Giving birth to your child is a significant life experience ( if not the most significant...) that you will cherish forever. My role as your Birth Doula is to help and support you on the journey towards a positive birth experience.

  As your Birth Doula, I will provide flexible and continuous support before, during and often after your child is born. I can nurture and assist you through your pregnancy, collaborate with a partner to provide support while your child is being born, and give encouragement and advice to help establish breastfeeding. I offer individualised support to help you get ready for birth by; preparing birth preferences, discussing options and choices during pregnancy, labour and post birth, such as  Comfort Measures , breathing techniques , aromatheraphy and biomechanics of birth . As your Birth Doula I can help you explore a more holistic and positive approach to pregnancy and labour. I aim to provide you with all the information you need to make informed decisions and experience a positive pregnancy and birth. I am passionate about holding space for you to have the birth YOU want, as well as helping you to feel content and empowered about the birth experience you ultimately will have. I am willing to support anyone, whether you are embarking on this journey by yourself or with a partner. I look forward to meeting you and being a part of your journey!
