My name is Tracey Swan. I’m a 57-year-old mother of four, proud grandmother of one, with another grandchild on the way. I began my journey into holistic care in 2003 when I trained as a Remedial Massage Therapist in Sydney, Australia, with additional qualifications in pregnancy, labour, and postnatal massage. My passion for supporting women through the transformative childbirth experience was clear even then.
Although I once dreamed of becoming a midwife, a busy family life and a lack of academic confidence held me back. However, I later discovered the beautiful path of birth support through doula work. As a doula, I’ve been able to do what I love most—care for mothers and families in a deeply supportive, non-medical role.
With experience attending births and a heart devoted to nurturing others, I pride myself on being a steady, compassionate presence. I advocate for mothers, offering strength, calm, and continuous care before, during, and after birth—not just for the birthing person but the whole family.
