For over 11 years, I’ve been walking alongside women during one of the most powerful and sacred transitions in life — the journey of pregnancy, birth, and the tender time after.
To me, being a doula isn’t just a profession. It’s a calling of the heart. A deep belief in women’s strength, wisdom, and their right to feel safe, supported, and seen.

Throughout these years, I’ve learned something vital:
No one should have to navigate this journey alone.
Birth is not just a physical event. It’s emotional. It asks everything of you — your body, your heart, your trust. And when you are held with care, when you are truly supported — everything changes.

The postpartum time is often overlooked. Yet it’s one of the most vulnerable, beautiful, and raw stages of your life. You’re healing, adjusting, feeding, learning, becoming.
It’s also a time when women are often left to carry so much — physically and emotionally — on their own.

This is where postnatal doula care becomes essential.

As your postnatal doula, I’m there to nurture you as you nurture your baby. To remind you that you matter too.
I offer:

• Emotional holding and gentle conversation about your birth experience
• Holding space for your emotions, questions, doubts, and joys — all of it matters
• Support with infant care, feeding and babywearing
• Guidance around sleep, soothing techniques, and baby rhythms
• Nourishment — sometimes that means a warm meal, other times a warm presence


• Support for your partner or family as you all adjust together
• Deep listening, without judgment

I know what happens when that support is missing. I’ve stood in the quiet of postpartum sadness. I’ve felt the ache of holding it all together while feeling lost inside.
