I’m a proud Mama of three (two teenagers and—dare I say it—a mid-twenties adult!), a mentored birth and postnatal doula since February 2025, and a RYS 200-hour yoga teacher specialising in yoga nidra. I am based in Harrow, but I’m also happy supporting mamas anywhere around the Metropolitan/ Jubilee line.
But before all that? I spent 30 years in the corporate world of fashion, music, and hospitality, until perimenopause shook me to my core and forced me to pause, reflect, and ultimately change direction. Walking away from a high-flying career was terrifying, but something deep inside me knew it was time.
So, I leaped. Determined to heal and reconnect with myself, I spent a month in a detox resort in Thailand, followed by another month in an ashram in India. There, immersed in stillness, movement, and deep introspection, I made a promise to myself: I would never return to an office. Instead, I made a promise—to support women in ways that make them feel strong, empowered, and completely in control of their bodies and choices.
As a Mama, a mental health survivor, and someone who’s seen first-hand how much support matters, it felt natural to bring together everything I’d learnt through birth, parenting, and yoga.
✨What do I BRING to the table to SUPPORT you?
✨ Holistic support – I mix doula care, yoga, and deep relaxation to help you feel more at home in your body and mind. Support that’s shaped around you — your values, your needs, and your unique journey. No two families are the same, so what I bring with me into your birth or postpartum space will always reflect that.
✨ All are welcome – First-time parent? Planning a home birth? Navigating past trauma? Just need extra support? I’ve got you. Sometimes that means helping you gather and understand antenatal information, so you can make decisions that feel right and fully informed. Other times, it might be offering a steady hand to hold, a calming presence during labour, or gentle tools like homeopathy to support the flow of birth.
✨ Strength & empowerment – Birth and recovery can be huge, life-changing experiences. I’ll help you trust yourself, your choices, and your instincts. More than anything, this is a space where you can just be—no pressure, no expectations. In the days and weeks after your baby arrives, the support may look different again — a warm, non-judgmental presence to hold space, offer practical help, or simply be someone who listens as you find your feet.
