• Trained in sacred drumming for birthwork, offering guided drum journeys or meditations, opening you up to what you and your baby need from you, and guiding you back home to your heartbeat. 
• Experienced in holding space for unexpected loss or conscious pregnancy release. 
• Volunteer doula for charity Doulas Without Borders - because everyone deserves a Doula. 
• I’m proudly queer & neurodivergent, making me extra tuned into the sensitivities and uniqueness of individual needs. First hand experience first navigating the medical system and supporting struggling families make their needs known and met.
• My Greek Cypriot heritage and lineage of village midwives and healers brings the creativity and ritual of creating ceremony to hold your experiences in whatever needed, from sacred silence to group celebration. 
• With over a decade of campaigning for women’s rights on the frontlines with the UN, governments, charities and leading some of the world’s largest gender equality organisations, I have a powerful voice to lend when needed.
• Ro'Hipping (Closing the Bones) ceremonies and Mother Blessings ceremonies (alternative Baby Showers), which can be done separately or as part of a package of support.
• Keen crafter for all things metaphoric to co-create your vision ahead for both birth and matrescence.
• Shamanic soul retrieval practitioner - for non-pregnant clients.
