Hello, I’m Zoe – a warm, experienced birth and postnatal doula, and early years consultant based in Kings Langley. I bring over 25 years of experience working with families, including a long career in early years and primary education, and seven years as headteacher of an independent nursery school.

My work as a doula is grounded in compassion, calm, and confidence. I understand that every birth and postpartum journey is unique, and I’m here to support you through yours – with care, respect, and without judgment. I aim to empower you to feel informed, in control, and emotionally supported, whatever your circumstances.

I offer a range of services including:

• Full birth support packages
• Postnatal day and overnight care
• Early years consultancy for those navigating childcare or education decisions

Alongside my professional experience, I’m a mother of three grown-up sons and a proud grandmother. I live in a busy, love-filled home with my family, dogs, chickens, and more – and I bring that same nurturing energy to the families I work with.
