Pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period are times of huge change. While they can be beautiful, they can also feel overwhelming. Having the right support can make all the difference.
As a birth and postnatal doula, I offer care tailored to you—whether you’re preparing for birth, settling into life with your baby, or just need an extra pair of hands. My approach is warm, calm, and focused on your well-being.
