A little bit about me: I have four children and I decided to train as a doula in 2011 after having my first baby. I have also had a miscarriage and abortion so very aware around what comes up with a loss . I specialise in birth trauma and deep work for women who want to heal on multi dimensional level including their inner child wounds and previous difficult births . I do one to one work but also group circles around women’s cycles rites of passage and healing particular key points in women’s lives to help achieve the most natural births . I am happy to work with whomever is ready for deep work. I offer support online support and face to face . I use my essential oils as I am an aromatherapist , my knowledge of plants and also various trainings around womens health I have undergone throughout the years. I have great interest in natural healing (herbs, tinctures, essential oils), breastfeeding, VBACS (vaginal birth after cesarean), scar tissue work, IVF, twins, breech births,women's health, healthy eating and postnatal support. Currently also offering placenta encapsulation & Closing the bones As well as baby massage and healing water baths treatments (Womb to World bath) I've worked a lot with mums over 40, vulnerable mamas, ethnic minorities,gestational diabetes, previous traumatic births. I believe that birth works but is often sabotaged by the system and patriarchy. I've experienced myself more than 200 births now and supported many parents postnatally. For women interested in postnatal support I'm very flexible and can help with everything related to baby's feeding, care, sleeping patterns but also cooking very healthy yet wholesome postpartum food for the whole family, looking after other children, making sure you get as much emotional and practical support as possible. I do believe in natural healing using belly binding, mizan massage and herbal teas as well as advice on pelvic floors to avoid prolapse and leakage.
