I became a doula because I was fortunate enough to have a doula present at all four of my births, including two home births here in London. Because I experienced firsthand how incredible a doula can be during my own home births, I’ve dedicated my life to helping women have better birth experiences. I realize not every mother is as lucky, and that’s why I want to share the knowledge and support that made such a difference in my own journey. I believe in the power of connecting with your body and emotions through breath, and I know this connection can make a profound difference during birth.
I use my intuition and instincts to deeply connect with mothers, understanding their unique needs and supporting them in the way that feels right for them. Birth can be unpredictable, but how supported you feel doesn’t have to be. I am a doula and postnatal doula based in London, offering calm, reassuring guidance through pregnancy, birth, and the early days of parenting. I tailor my support to both you and your partner, working with teams of parents to create a cohesive, supportive environment. Some people think a doula isn’t necessary if their partner is present, but that’s simply not true. While your partner’s support is invaluable, I’m here to provide dedicated care for both of you. I support your partner as well, helping them understand how to best support the mother and navigate the birth experience with confidence. My role is to make sure everyone feels supported, informed, and prepared, whether it's your partner offering physical support, emotional reassurance, or simply knowing when to step in and when to step back.
In addition to birth support, I provide postnatal doula services, combining my certification in health coaching to help heal the body through food. I specialize in supporting recovery after c-sections and promoting healthy lactation, offering personalized recipes tailored to your specific needs. I work closely with mothers to ensure they are well-fed, rested, and supported as they recover physically and emotionally. I also assist with settling baby for naps, allowing mothers to take the time they need to feel nourished and rejuvenated.
As a special note, I offer a discount for single mothers because I believe every mother deserves strong, compassionate support regardless of her situation.
