Hi, I'm Nicola, Congratulations on your pregnancy! A little about me; I am a former Midwife turned doula and mother to two beautiful girls. I retrained as a doula because I want to be able to provide greater more meaningful and holistic support for families. I have always been fascinated by the wonder of pregnancy and birth and believe it is such a privilege to be able to support women through this special time. In my free time when I'm not busy with my two daughters, I enjoy being in nature, going for walks, cooking, and reading. How can I hep you? I will help you prepare for your birth both emotionally and physically through my knowledge and experience. During labour, I will help make and protect your space, provide you with support and guidance on positions and be a familiar friendly face for you! I can also provide you with a lovely aromatherapy massage! I am also aware of how active birthing can benefit Mums in labour and can help guide you through various positions to help ease your labour. Once your baby is born I can help you with breastfeeding support and help with the care of your newborn while you recover and re-adjust to life with your baby. I offer antenatal preparation, labour and birth support, and postnatal care immediately after you give birth and up until 4 weeks after your birth. I also offer support for highly medicalised pregnancies. I also have enhanced DBS certification. **Birth package tailored to your needs, inclusive of 6 hours antenatal preparation, responsive to calls and texts. On call from 38 weeks of your pregnancy, labour support and 2 postnatal visits.  **Postnatal packages are available and tailored to your needs  **Stand-alone antenatal sessions available  ** 30% deposit is required to secure your doula services after initial meeting.  Please get in touch if you would like to arrange a chat to discuss your needs.
