My name is Yvonne and I live in Woodford Green, North East London. I'm a married mother of 3. Prior to becoming a Doula, I worked as a healthcare practitioner within the NHS for over 10 years.  So I'm fully aware of how the system works and how over medicalised things have become. After experiencing my own childbirths as well as supporting friends and family through their personal childbirth and post partum journeys I realised that empowering women and their partners during this process ignited something within me. To provide support and share the joy as new parents are born is what fuels my soul as a Doula!

 As a birth douIa I hope to work together with you to attain a safe, calm and positive birthing experience.  I am committed to holding space for you, helping you to trust in your body, and making sure you are equipped with the information you need to make informed decisions. As a postnatal doula I provide support to parents as they navigate the early days with a newborn. My aim is to build confidence and empower you to realise that you already have all the tools that you need to nurture your child. I'm here to listen, sit with you, and guide you.
