Before becoming a doula, Victoria worked in TV production for 13 years but after her daughter was born, she realised that her life path was moving in a different direction.
Victoria began her journey supporting parents in 2011 when she was asked to train as a Breastfeeding Counsellor with the BFN, helping staff in busy South-West London NHS baby clinics for 3 years. In 2013, she joined Doula UK and started working as a postnatal doula. Since then, she has supported thousands of parents with feeding their babies and hundreds of parents as a postnatal doula. Her passion supporting choices and informed decision making for women, parents and families has been her primary focus as well as parent and baby wellbeing.
Victoria’s passion grew so much that she decided to become a postnatal educator in 2015 establishing a doula course provider, Younique Postnatal with two other experienced doulas. Since then, she has trained hundreds of postnatal doulas and provides courses and workshops on the postnatal period.
Victoria decided to become a Director to elevate the role of postnatal doulas, doula support of infant feeding, support doulas with baby bereavement, support Diversity and Inclusion and bring her professional, personal and media experiences and skillsets to support members of Doula UK.
Victoria is separated and has one living daughter, Eloise and one stillborn baby daughter, Skye who was diagnosed antenatally with Down’s Syndrome. Skye died at 35 weeks of pregnancy due to unpredicted placental problems.
She lives in the middle of the beautiful South Downs in Midhurst, West Sussex and loves walking, open water swimming, crafting, playing board games and singing.

Ann Marie is a passionate perinatal educator and doula who believes every mother deserves an informed voice and a positive, empowered birth experience. Her work is driven by a mission to look critically at doula practices and the wider maternity sector, ensuring they are truly fit for purpose in the 21st century.
In her role with Doula UK, Ann Marie bridges her doula heart with a sharp commercial mind. She draws on her extensive corporate background as a Digital Marketing Strategist Director to forge meaningful partnerships and champion diverse and inclusive practices. Her goal is to build sustainable, strategic alliances that elevate the profession, increase access to doula support, and ensure the organisation's growth benefits every member and the families they serve.
When she's not advocating for the future of doula care or supporting clients through their antenatal journey, Ann Marie enjoys singing professionally or cooking at weddings, birthday’s or corporate events.

Yevan is the founder of Sacred Birth and Flow, a birth and postnatal doula, Yoga Nidra facilitator, and professional holder of snacks, blankets, and calm energy.
Before stepping into the world of birth work, she spent almost 30 years in the corporate world working in Payroll and HR, in the fashion and hospitality industries. These days, she has swapped spreadsheets for birth plans and boardrooms for holding spaces where women feel seen, informed, and supported.
Yevan is a mum of three with a deep love for sisterhood, nervous system care, and reminding women that they already carry so much wisdom within them. Yevan brings a calm, grounded approach to her work with humour, heart, and the belief that support should feel safe, inclusive, and judgement-free.
She is particularly passionate about supporting women who may feel unheard, overlooked, or who simply need someone in their corner. As a Yoga Nidra facilitator, if you are lucky, there may also be deep rest, soothing breathwork, and a gentle reminder to unclench your jaw somewhere along the way.
When she is not supporting families, you will usually find Yevan creating community spaces, travelling across the world, practicing her downward dog, or trying to convince people that rest is productive too.
