Resolution Centre
The Resolution process is managed by a dedicated admin person, who will liaise with the Resolution Panel and will inform you of the outcome once the panel has reached an agreement.

We are currently reflecting on and strengthening how we handle and respond to resolution cases to offer a clear, thoughtful, and timely process for everyone involved. If you wish to submit a complaint at this stage, you are welcome to do so. Please note that, due to this review, your complaint may not be reviewed until later this year.

If a breach of our Code of Conduct is reported a panel of experienced Doula UK doulas will investigate further.
