About Me

Hello I am a 26 years old ex-pat from Canada, been here over half a decade at first I only planned on being over a year or two but I met my husband and plans changed. England is now my home and where we have had our two beautiful little girls.

My experience being pregnant and postpartum at 22 years old with my first baby was difficult due to having very little family in the country to lean on. For my second I had come across some information on Doulas, this changed the tide in my second pregnancy and birth all for the better. I gained massive amounts of knowledge and physical and mental support. After the second birth I had gained back my confidence and felt that I had the strength to be a pillar for other Mothers and families to lean on in such an amazing and transformative time that pregnancy and birth is.

I want my work to show that my main focus is all around an understanding that this is their journey and I want to be there to help them and their families facilitate their own path to parenthood.
