About Me

I am mum to a wonderful 26 year old daughter and have a beautiful grandson. Excited to welcome this new life into our family

I wanted to make a change in how I can really make a difference sometime ago as I have always had a desire to help and support others.  I am most definitely an empath. To be able to support families at this special time in their lives is a great gift. I look forward to meeting and connecting with you and your family to see how best I can support you.   I completed my Doula Preparation course in January 2022 with Continuum Doulas and am so happy to be part of the cuddle – term for lots of doulas – that is the Continuum family.  I am also a reiki practitioner and holistic massage therapist.

I moved to Colchester in February 2021 having lived all my life in London.  I love the outdoors and run so this is a wonderful place to live and also am currently joining the world of open water swimming. Great for mind and body.
