About Me

I am a conscious birthing and postnatal trauma informed Doula and a Mummy to three girls working in Essex, London , Hertfordshire and surrounding areas. I offer personalised prenatal, birthing and postnatal support.

I’m passionate about supporting women or birthing person in coming into their empowerment and using their deep innate Intuition alongside evidence based information in making the right choices for themselves and baby/babies.

My goal is to give you and your partner the attention and knowledge you need to make evidence based informed decisions about your pregnancy and labour, whilst emotionally supporting and holding space for you in and out of the birthing area.

Offering education in birth physiology and how you can work with your body and environment to support your rite of passage into parenthood.

I offer non judgemental support which will always be lead by you.

I am trained in meditation and breath work and offer hypnobirthing and placenta encapsulation.

my prices include use of birth pool, tens machine , oil diffuser and birthing ball.
