About Me

Hello I’m Helen, I am a Mum of two grown-up boys and have lived in Wiltshire for 22 years along with my husband.

I am a Martial Arts Instructor and have learned so much about the importance of breathwork & recovery through my practice. Many of my students have commented that they wish they had known this type of breathwork when they laboured in childbirth.

I am a continuum Doula so I am able to offer a wrap-around service covering Antenatal, birth and postnatal.

I will hold the space for you to be heard and feel safe at this most precious time.

After our initial meeting, we will draw up a plan to best support you and your family. We will spend time getting to know one another in preparation for the Birthday! I will then visit within 24 hours of the birth and continue to be on hand for you for the following 6 weeks, we will schedule in our visits to suit your needs.

The package that I offer consists of 6 Antenal visits, on-call for Birth from 37 weeks and 6 weeks of follow up appointments. Appointments are also available for one-off visits.
