About Me

I live in East Twickenham with my husband and two daughters. I worked as a physiotherapist before having children and since then I have also worked as a nanny. I am interested in health and fitness and enjoy running, cycling, cooking, reading and travelling.
I am keen to help provide support to new mothers so that they can really enjoy the precious time when their babies are small. I was very lucky to have a supportive network of family and friends around when my children were born. However I appreciate how difficult it can be for women who don’t have their family around to help them in the early days.
As a postnatal Doula I will listen to any worries that you may have and offer any support that I can. I can help care for your baby (or babies) to give you time to rest, shower or eat. I am also happy to look after older children and help with household chores like cooking, tidying and laundry. I can also accompany you to appointments, go shopping for you, run errands, provide information and signpost to others for further support if necessary.
