About Me

I believe that the birthing mum knows the best what’s good for her and her baby. My role is to support her needs and wishes. It may also involve doing a piece of work together that enables the birthing mum to find her own way of giving birth or taking care of the newly born baby. It gives me joy to work with couples. There’s nothing more beautiful than a partner who’s willing to do some preparatory work in order to support his or her beloved the way she needs.

Both expecting and new parents often have many questions, doubts and most importantly feelings that may need to be expressed. In those important moments I’d give you my full attention and create a safe space for what ‘wants’ to be heard. And I’ll help you to find your own answers. All of that with empathy and respect.

I love learning new things and I’m a great believer of self-development. No wonder that I continue to expand my knowledge as a doula with passion. All the workshops, courses, trainings I attended, plus my own life experience, have given me a wide range of effective tools. What it means for you, is that I’ll tail my support around your needs with you leading the way. Some clients concentrate on the practical information and support, others want to include the emotional or spiritual aspect of parenting. In other words, I’ll be there for you.
