I am also a fully qualified pre and postnatal fitness specialist with over 12 years fitness industry experience.
I offer group fitness sessions or personal 1:1 training for both pregnancy and postnatally.
My pregnancy sessions help build stamina for labour, help maintain strength to support your body as your bump grows and help to keep you flexible and supple to ease mobility and pregnancy aches.
Postnatal sessions focus on regaining your pelvic floor and core post birth as well as rebuilding your general fitness levels and strength. Babies and toddler are also welcome to the sessions so there is no extra need for childcare.

About Me
Hi! I’m Lara and I’m a new doula to Leicestershire. I am also a pre and postnatal fitness specialist with over 12 years industry experience.
After having my daughter, plus my own pregnancy, birth and labour experiences, it cemented the knowledge that I wanted to help people feel empowered and strong in their pregnancy and postnatal journey, so my company was born. I have seen how mums and mums to be have missed out on support during their birth journeys especially recently due to the pandemic and wanted to help with this problem.
I had always wanted to do doula training but was waiting for the right moment and right course for me, so when the Every Birth Matters course came up I knew this was the one and my doula journey began. I also knew that I wanted to experience pregnancy, birth and labour myself to be able to empathise fully with the full journey of becoming a parent.
I pride myself on running my current classes as a non judgemental safe space where anyone can ask me anything and I’m looking forward to bringing this energy to my doula clients. I’m here to support you, your birth partner and your birth journey, listen and advocate for you in this amazing journey.
