About Me

UPDATE MARCH 2020  I am still providing Doula services during the Coronavirus epidemic by offering virtual antenatal preparation classes and can provide remote support for those needing Birth support.  Please do get in touch with me to discuss your options.

I live in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire with my husband Luke and 3 wonderful children aged 24, 22 and 16.

Having had 3 different births with varying levels of support through out them all I had a calling to want to help to provide a positive birth experience for women.

I am from a large family and have 11 nieces and nephews all of who I have been actively involved with since birth.

I am a compassionate and caring person and have spent 12 years as a Massage therapist in Palliative care at the Hospice of St Francis.  In my spare time I enjoy being outdoors walking my dog, gardening, keeping active, reading and cooking for friends and family.

I am embracing life as a Doula and I am available to support you as a Birth and /or Post Natal Doula.
