About Me
I have always had a calling to be a healer and birth keeper, and when I learned about doulas, it filled me with such joy and passion, and I just had to learn more. So far on my doula journey, before my certificate completion at Side By Side Doulas, I worked at a local hospital as a healthcare assistant, while also studying to get my A level diploma in Nursing and Healthcare professionals. I thoroughly enjoyed reading about the anatomy and science of birth, but in my heart felt like I wanted to learn about the holistic and spiritual elements. After 4 years of reading, learning and finding doula communities, there are so many magical things that I would like to learn and I am so excited to start.
As your birth doula we will work together, and approach your birth in a way that suits your needs. I will help and guide you to create daily grounding rituals for you to help you reconnect to your mind, heart, body and soul and your baby. I will be right by your side, every step of the way.
I offer to you, a safe and sacred space. A space that we can hold together, where it is calm, caring and nurturing throughout every phase of your birth. This space will allow us to explore what you need. I am open minded, and have no judgment, only encouragement, so you can feel empowered as you enter this phase of your life.
I can also offer support with nourishing recipes, and warm food, so you are able to focus on your baby and family, and you can heal as slowly and as gently as your body needs.
It would be such an hour to work with you during this intimate and sacred time in your life.
