About Me

My name is Marlena and I am a full spectrum and holistic Doula and Birthkeeper.

I serve London and surrounding areas – parts of Hertfordshire and Essex.

I originally come from Poland and have been living in the UK since 2007.

I have always been fascinated and passionate about everything related to pregnancy, birth, babies and women’s health. When I found out about Doulas, I instantly knew that this is who I am!

As your Doula, I will always be by your side supporting, advocating, listening and providing you with the best care and evidence-based knowledge. I can support you from pre-conception all the way to postpartum period. 

I provide continuity of care and individualised support tailored to your needs. 

In my daily practice, I often use herbs, aromatherapy, homeopathy, flower remedies, grounding, meditation, daily gratitude and affirmations, energy healing and mindfulness. I am very passionate about conscious, holistic and healthy life style as well as plant-based whole food diet.

I welcome all women and birthing people of every race, ethnicity and religion, the LGBTQ+ community and those from marginalised groups.

I offer full holistic and alternative support to those who choose to stay outside the medical paradigm including wild pregnancy and/or free birth.

I offer 30 min free discovery call during our initial contact.
