About Me

I’m the founder of The London Birth School, former litigation lawyer and mum to Theo and Florence. Originally from Brighton and a sea-lover at heart, I currently live in Putney, South West London and we are an adventure-loving family, with travel being one of our favourite things to do together (my dream is to own a campervan!)

The London Birth School provides modern birth education, classes and events for pregnant women and their partners, alongside my birth and postnatal doula work. My values are to be evidence-based, inclusive and supportive.

I have been a certified Katherine Graves’s Hypnobirthing practitioner since 2016, trained as a doula under the famous Michel Odent, completed my Birth Bliss doula training in 2020, and have given birth myself both in a hospital and at home. From both my personal experiences and professional training, I am well equipped to support you through your antenatal, birth and postnatal period, and can offer complimentary hypnobirthing training alongside my antenatal sessions.

Many of the couples I teach hypnobirthing to ask me to support them at their births and postnatally, so I trained as a doula with Birth Bliss Academy so I can continue to care for and support new parents. It feels like a natural extension to hypnobirthing, as parents-to-be can leave the classes feeling empowered and knowledgable, but also have me there on the day and postnatally for practical and emotional support.
