About Me

I’m Philippa (she/her) and I am a mentored postnatal doula in South Yorkshire/Nottinghamshire.

I am extremely passionate about all things birth, baby and mother. I am a mum myself, and fully believe in nourishing mother to nourish baby.

I have completed my Continuum birth and postnatal doula training.

I offer emotional and practical support throughout the postnatal period, or “fourth trimester” as it’s becoming more widely known. I am a non-judgemental ear, somebody to debrief with, I can help with infant feeding, or even just give a hand with light housework or keeping siblings entertained. As your doula I am there for you, to “mother the mother”. I offer evidence based information to help you make the correct, informed, choices for you and your family. I would be available to help answer any and all questions that arise.
