About Me

Hi I’m Sam,

I completed my post natal course in 2022 with Younique Postnatal.

Having a baby can be a huge change in your life and I want to support parents through this time. Post natal care can be lacking or minimal and I want to step in to bridge the gap to make your post natal period a positive one. I became a mother myself in 2017.  The journey of parenthood is not always what we expect so I will be there to support you and your family.

After having my children I reflected on how important it was to have a support network and how little things can make a huge difference to your post natal period. Being able to get advice on feeding, having a home cooked nutritious meal, time for self-care, being able to go for a walk with baby.

I was fascinated in my daughters development and how much they learn and grow, this led me to gain more knowledge. I have always been interested in nutrition and being healthy but this can be quite a challenge when you are looking after others and not focusing on yourself as much.

Whether you have a newborn or older baby/children I want to help you during times when a little support will go a long way. Time passes so quickly and you should enjoy all the moments you want to.  I am organised and flexible to meet your individual requirements in your postnatal period.

Unfortunately I have experienced the bereavement side of having a baby but this was my main driver into helping others. No one should experience it alone.
