Based in Brighton and bringing more than a decade of women’s rights policy lobbying, leadership and advocacy campaigning into the world of birthwork.
- Trained and mentored by Conscious Birthing. We will work together to ensure you have a positive and powerful birth experience on your terms.
- Volunteer doula for charity Doulas Without Borders.
- I’m proudly queer & neurodivergent, making me extra tuned into the sensitivities and uniqueness of individual needs.
- My Greek Cypriot heritage gives me the fire to be able to tackle family dynamics and ensure your birthing plan is at the forefront of your birth experience.
- With over a decade of campaigning for women’s rights on the frontlines with the UN, governments, charities and leading some of the world’s largest gender equality organisations, I have a powerful voice to lend when needed.
- I am also trained to offer Closing the Bones ceremonies and Mother Blessings/Blessing Way ceremonies (alternative Baby Showers), which can be done separately or as part of a package of support.
